Order Online: You may order online through our secure server by clicking the "Add to Cart" button associated with any product listed in our Products section pages or from the Products listing page within our online store.
Please note: If your credit card does not go through, and you know that your account does contain sufficient funds, the reason may be that your bank does not give authorization codes for online processing. In this case, please either use another card or place your order by phone (see below).
If you wish to pay by check or money order, you
may order through our shopping cart system. When selecting method of
payment, choose check. You will be promted to enter the check number.
When sending payment, please use the same check number and include the
order number listed on your invoice. (International customers must use
an international bank check or money order in US funds.)

If
you wish to pay by check or money order, please see

you may use Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, and you may order by any
of the methods above (phone or online ordering). The billing charge
on your credit card statement will appear as "The Green Willow
Tree." Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
All US orders will be shipped via priority mail. All Canadian and other international shipping will be by USPS Airmail, unless other arrangements are made directly with us, or unless you choose to insure an international parcel (see section on International Shipping below). Because of their weight and shipping cost, we cannot mail our Spritzers overseas. We will accept Canadian orders for Spritzers, but not to Europe or other overseas destinations.
As you place your order, you will see the exact shipping charges that will apply to your invoice. Because we ship by weight, we cannot supply a shipping table for you.
International
Customers: Please read this important information! We mail most of our
parcels through the US Postal Service, and in general you will find
our shipping costs to be very reasonable. We are sorry, but we cannot
mail our Spritzers overseas. We will accept Canadian orders for Spritzers,
but not to Europe or other overseas destinations.
Please note that we are NOT able to guarantee the arrival of international shipments, unless you choose to have them insured. This is due to the fact that we have found a considerable variation in the reliability of postal services in different countries.
Here's
how our insurance works. You must request insurance on your parcel by
e-mailing us at orders@cosmicessences.com
at the time you place your order, and we will add the insurance
cost to your order. This may appear on your credit card statement as
a separate and additional charge or may be part of your total order
cost.
International
insurance will add 25% to the cost of your order. For example, if you
ordered 4 stock bottles for $48.00, and requested international insurance,
the total cost for shipping and insurance would be $12.00 and your total
order cost would be $60.00. Orders will be shipped by standard international
air mail and tracking will not be available. If your order does not
arrive in a reasonable amount of time (25 days for Canada or Europe;
30 days for other destinations) then we will either refund your money
or re-ship your order, whichever you prefer.
Again,
we are sorry but if you do not choose to insure your international order
and you do not receive it for any reason, we cannot refund your money
or replace your order. We have had very few orders lost to the UK or
to Europe, New Zealand, or Australia, but it does happen occasionally.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, due to the fact that we cannot know what conditions the essences might be subjected to during shipping or when kept in a home.
