Are you a practitioner?

Preparing your session space: You can set the tone for a session prior to the client's entrance by spritzing your space with an appropriate combination. "Guardian Angel" would be appropriate for clients who have serious issues with safety and protection. "Heart Healing" could be used for those with emotional wounding, and so on. If you have a small re-circulating fountain in your waiting room or office, you can add a dropper-full of any essence from a stock bottle to your fountain periodically in order to create a desired ambience.

Using Cosmic Essences during the session: If you have a set of Cosmic Essences in your office, you can use them as needed during your sessions. Because the essences work so rapidly, they can be a tremendous aid to your work with clients.

For example, tense, frightened people and hyperactive children have been known to quiet down enough so that they could receive deep energy work when using the "Relaxation Blend." If issues of psychic attack or invasion arise, "Protection" would be invaluable. "Releasing Fear" and "Releasing Sexual Trauma" are two other essences which have obvious applications. "Releasing Neuronets" can be applied to the forehead, temples, crown chakra, and base of the skull when deep belief systems are being challenged. "Grounding" may be rubbed on the soles of the feet for clients who tend to leave the body.

Sessions do not have to be interrupted for the client to take the essences, as they can be spritzed or directly applied to the chakras or other areas of the body.

After the session: Many healers will smudge their treatment room after a session to clear any lingering energies. As an alternative, try spritzing the room with the refreshing, cleansing, and uplifting blend, "Cosmic Cleanser."

Follow-up with the client: You may also wish to send your client home with an essence or two, which could be combined in a dosage bottle. (Note that not all essences combine well. Generally it is easy to determine which essences will combine harmoniously by their description. For example, "Winds of Change" is an active, exhilarating essence, and would not combine well with a very quiet essence like "Purity." However, "Purity" would combine well with "Peace and Calming.") After intense energy work, soaking in the bathtub with a dropperful from a stock bottle, and the addition of a couple teaspoons of salt, will be highly beneficial and soothing.

Remote work: Essences may be placed in a broadcasting device such as a radionics machine. They may also be used on the client's etheric body during a session.
