For those using the essence on themselves, the same would be true in that it would help them to feel what is going on within. This would be especially helpful for those who are blocked emotionally and have an inability to touch their own emotions. It is also gives a person the ability to feel the vibration in things. For example, if they wanted to read the vibration of a crystal, to choose which crystal would be right for them to purchase, they could take this essence and it would help them discern and feel which one would be right for them. This essence could also be used in relationships if a person is having trouble understanding where the other person is coming from. Again that goes back to strengthening the ability to be empathic.
