Root Chakra

When connecting with this essence, I feel a cone of energy coming out of the base of the spine and radiating downward. And the energy from this goes in two directions. It acts as a releaser of negativity, so when you take this essence you can let go of negativity. It also pulls in energy from the core of the earth, yet it opens beyond that as well. It grounds a person, and if you were to follow it to its furthest point--which is really an infinite point so it is never found--it will ground you in spirit, ground you in God, ground you in infinity. Many times people believe that what is below them is dark and negative, or at least inferior, but really what is below is much the same as what is above. And if you follow the energies of this chakra and this cone to their ultimate destination, time and space being circular, you will come back to Source again, to all that is.

I think this essence should be used by anyone on a spiritual path, because typically as soon as a person enters the awareness of their spirit body they will become ungrounded. The vast majority of people that are doing inner work are ungrounded, and this essence will help with that issue. It would be indicated for any kind of trauma, like an accident, which will tend to take a person out of the body, and this will help bring a person back in. It is good for any kind of instability, such as the way you would feel shaken up after an earthquake or after the earthquake of the breakup of a relationship. Generally, this essence will help in any aspect of a person’s life where there is instability or a feeling of instability.

This essence will combine well with any of the chakra series, as well as Kundalini. And it will, of course, combine extremely well with Grounding. It can also be used along with Releasing Fear, because fear will tend to contract the first chakra. Integration, Grounding, and Root Chakra will make an excellent combination.
