Solar Plexus

This essence brings a big, beautiful ball of golden light to the solar plexus, which is energizing and yet reassuring at the same time. It gives a sense of confidence and calmness and strength as well as energizing that chakra, and imparting the confidence that whatever work I’m engaging in I will be alert, aware, accurate, and focused. This essence also imparts in the ability to actualize thought. In a sense you could look at the chakras as a progression, where the root chakra would be the impulse of life, that raw fire of life. Then the second chakra would be the creative process of taking that energy and creating with it, and the third chakra would be the actualization and the implementation of that creative thought.

This essence would, of course, be used for clearing any blockages from the solar plexus chakra, and for activating it. It can be taken as part of a chakra series activation. And then in a person’s life, if one has trouble bringing thoughts and ideas into the world and making them concrete, this will help. This essence will also be helpful and balancing for people with power issues, which are pretty universal on this planet. It will be strengthening for those who feel weak and lacking in confidence and strength.

This essence will combine well with Right Use of Will. It can be taken with Kundalini for the series work. You can use it with Winds of Change if you are going to embark on a new project, then take these two together. It can be taken with Abundance for helping to manifest abundance. It is good to combine with Protection, because people frequently cord into the solar plexus. Releasing Fear and this essence, when used together, will create courage. For this purpose Fearlessness could be added as well.
