Throat Chakra

This is a beautiful essence. It reminds me to pay attention to the power of the human voice, both in the spoken word and in the ability to form sacred sound and song. It gives me a whole hearted feeling of openness of expression. I think that’s perhaps the most definite description I can give of it.

This essence would be helpful for any kind of public speaking or performance. It is useful for people that have difficulty speaking up, speaking their truth, and asserting themselves. Oftentimes people who are teachers become depleted of that energy, and it will restore them if they feel depleted in that place. I can see that this essence would help in clearing any trauma that is surrounding the neck area.
