Releasing Despair

This is a most excellent essence. For me it takes the weight of the world off my shoulders, makes me feel hopeful, and makes me feel that I have the integral strength to move forward. For despair keeps people locked into the prison of their own hopelessness, and this frees one from that prison. It gives me a feel of upliftment.

This essence would be helpful for any kind of despair, depression, grief, loss, or hopelessness. It can be used any time a person feels trapped, whether in a physical situation or in an emotional or spiritual bind. Taking it with White Lightning or Winds of Change, and Hope, would be very good for breaking out of that kind of situation. White Lightning has a more sudden effect and Winds of Change would be a little more gradual. White Lightning is very good for breaking up congestion in something, when something is stuck. Winds of Change will move things forward in a gentle manner, whereas White Lightning is almost more of a blasting agent.

This essence would combine well with several in the Releasing Series, such as Releasing Abandonment and Betrayal, Releasing Grief, Releasing Sexual Trauma, Releasing Guilt and Shame, Releasing Soul Fatigue, and Releasing Self Punishment. It can also be used with Healing Love, Self Love, or Divine Mother. And it can be taken along with Home, for those who despair of ever making it back home in whatever context a person relates to.
