Releasing Self Punishment

One of the best things that this essence does is to help people identify how they are punishing themselves, for oftentimes it is a subconscious or unconscious activity. Therefore it brings into consciousness awareness the way in which a person creates self punishment. At the same time, it puts a wall up to prevent the repetition of this pattern. But first it makes the person aware of where this pattern is coming from. So this is a good constitutional remedy, as I believe self punishment is fairly universal, and it will help people very much. This essence will help people who have been abused, to not continue to take the blame for being abused, nor to abuse themselves.
