Grounding

This essence will deeply stabilize a person by bringing them into a state of being grounded in their body and grounded on this planet. Many light workers exist in a very ungrounded state much of the time, which is understandable, for when a person first comes into contact with the greater and higher realities they would wish to escape the unpleasantness which exists on this planet. However that escape is not a healthy thing to do over any period of time. This is a pretty simple, straightforward essence in terms of what it accomplishes.

This essence would go well with just about every essence in the Cosmic Essences repertoire, in working to bring whatever essence you’re using into a third dimensional manifestation. So for instance if you are working on abundance, and you are using Grounding with it, you would tend to draw to you abundance on the physical plane. The same with Soul Mate; you would tend to draw a partner to you in this world. With some of the more esoteric essences, let us see how it would affect them. With Ascension, it would help you to ground the ascension process in your daily life and into your body. This sounds contradictory but it is not. With the Crown Chakra essence, the crown chakra energies are the connection of a person to Source and the Omniversal Energy. And this would establish that connection in the body.

This essence would be indicated for stabilizing a person when there has been any kind of shock or trauma that would take a person out of their body, such as a car accident or something, and the same would be true with emotional shock. It is good for travel, to ground the person in wherever they are traveling to. It would be very good for pets when they get moved, to help them connect with the energies of their new home. This essence would also be excellent for the spiritual initiate who is just beginning a new path of any sort. This does not mean the person has to be a novice, rather that a new path is being embarked upon. This essence would be stabilizing at any time where there is a great awakening and initiatory process which can turn a person’s world upside down. I can think of some shamanic journeys, for example, that will really rearrange a person’s fundamental structure of reality. It is also good for restless children, perhaps those with ADD and ADHD and all of that unsettledness that is happening with children.
