Spherical or hemispherical, it depends on our vision, it is our eye, our own planet. It is a pregnant womb, an egg and other endless expressions like Borges in Aleph, in the parallel words of Escher, in the Pomodoro’s sculpture “Sfera con Sfera”, in the spheres of Lucio Fontana, in surreal and mysterious paint of R. Magritte “Le Faux Miroir”, in “Das Glasperlenspiel” of H. Hesse or in the definition of the circle of C.G, Jung “The symbol of the circle, whether manifested in the solar cults of primitive peoples or in modern religions, in myths or dreams, in the mandala patterns of Tibetan monks, or in astronomical charts, always indicates the essential aspect of life, its overall and definitive wholeness.”
