When Meister Eckhart defines archetypes, he provides us with poetic and scientific definition,which we will soon understand:<\/p>

\u201cWhen the soul wishes to experience something, she throws an image of the experience out before her and enters into her own image.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Symbolic images represent much more than mere information; they are capable of including endless possibilities within themselves. The power of symbols takes shape in all aspects of our lives, through unconscious projections, which may remain obscure\/unknown or become illuminating\/manifested.<\/p>

Cosmic Essences has analyzed, studied, and chosen four symbols\/archetypes with exact archaeological and geographical references in order to fully represent the four Elements: TERRAE \u2013 AQUA \u2013 AER \u2013 IGNIS.<\/p>

Energetic lines (The Energetic Art Lines) that are able to evoke the essence and synthesis of each individual Element, drawing their strength from sacred symbols and geometries that scientific studies have now widely proven functioning with our brain\/body\/psyche.<\/p>

TERRAE<\/b><\/p>

For the Earth element, it has been chosen the temple of Pozzo di Santa Cristina in Sardinia, Paulilatino (OR) Sardinia.<\/p>

Dating back to the Nuragic civilization (3500 years ago), this temple was built around 1000 B.C. Perfectly preserved in its geometric and mathematical joints, where nothing is left to chanche, it reveals a refined construction technique and numerical and numerological calculations. This archaeological site allows legends, myths, and reality to coexist. During the equinoxes, the sun creates games of light, shadow, and projections that astonish those who experience them, but these effects are not an end in itself,as they are linked to the cult of the Sun, to the harvest, to the Bull God, and to the symbolism of the ear of wheat. The same process applies to the major lunar solstice, which led Prof. Lebeuf to study this phenomenon at this site for five years before writing a book: \u201cIl pozzo di Santa Cristina: un osservatorio lunare\u201d (The Well of Santa Cristina: A Lunar Observatory). The geometric lines that draw it evoke the symbolism of a large womb, which collects and preserves the manifestations of the cosmos through symbols linked to the fertility of the harmonious union between female and male.<\/p>

AQUA<\/b><\/p>

For the Water element, it has been chosen an ornamental symbol linked to the period and the civilization of the Mayan from the Honduras region.<\/p>

Here we find the most\nimportant pyramids of Latin America but also a far older temple inside a pyramid, almost a\nprotection, as the archaeologist Sam Osmanagich tells us. A Mayan history rich in symbologies\nand archetypes that display the inscription in columns, vases and objects that make this symbol\nas an element linked to the cyclicity and balance of feminine and masculine. An ascending and\ndescending impulse, emblem of the opposites in this ancient civilization.<\/p>

AER<\/b><\/p>

For the Air element, the Adinkra cloth has been chosen, linked to the fabric prints\nproduced
in Ghana and the Ivory Coast, featuring symbols related to the Akan ethnic group.\u00a0<\/p>

These symbols are connected to proverbs, maxims, historical events, concepts, and much\nmore. The Akan people have been skilled weavers since the 16th century, and their fabrics\nwere worn by royals, spiritual leaders, or wealthy individuals during funerals or ceremonies. It\nis said that the symbols were invented directly by King Nana Kwadwo Agyeamn Adinkra. Due\nto disputes and conflicts between tribes, these symbols were a source of tension for a long\ntime. The oldest Adinkra fabric dates back to 1817 and is now housed at the British Museum.\nThe chosen symbol\/archetype is in reference to reconciliation, harmony and relationships.<\/p>

IGNIS<\/b><\/p>

For the Fire element, the first symbol of Reiki, the CHOKU REI, has been chosen.<\/p>

Reiki is an ancient Japanese discipline (originated in Kyoto) linked to its founder, Master Mikao Usui,\na martial arts expert and Buddhist practitioner. His technique aimed to restore and maintain\nthe health of the body and mind. It is based on the prospect of becoming channels that convey\nenergy (long infrared waves in scientific terms) omnipresent (universal energy) through the\nhands. Today, Reiki is taught and practiced in hospitals and private clinics worldwide, counting\nover 2000 institutions.\u00a0

The origin of this symbol seems to be Tibetan, and it has been used as a seal in imperial edicts.\nIn the Japanese language, Choku Rei means \u201cdecree\u201d or \u201croyal order.\u201d Its Yantra (graphic aspect,\nshape) describes the idea of the spiral movement of the energy that intersects the vertical line\nthrough 7 points. It must be drawn according to a precise geometric and directional order. Its\nspiral symbolizes centripetal force, and its function is to summon and concentrate the Reiki\nenergy in the heart, increasing its flow, a symbol connected to our vital energy.<\/p>

SACRED GEOMETRY AND WELLBEING<\/strong><\/p>

Sacred geometry represents man\u2019s research to understand and communicate the intrinsic order of the universe that humans observed in nature. Harmonic proportions, such as those found in the \u201cflower of life\u201d or the \u201cgolden spiral,\u201d were seen as reflections of natural laws that govern life and matter. Civilizations like the Egyptian, Greek, and Indian observed that shapes such as the circle, square, and spiral embodied the natural order of the universe. Alongside this ecstatic observation connected to the sense of \u201cbeauty,\u201d it emerged the awareness that symmetry and order had a positive influence on the sensations that people experienced when encountering an object with perfect geometry. This path is common to almost all cultures throughout history, blending in its meanings art, science, and spirituality into a universal symbolic language, perceivable by any observer regardless of their cultural background. In the collective imagination, the forms of sacred geometry are, often repeated in architecture, art, and rituals, visible manifestations of a deeper cosmic order. But there is more, the search for a deep and natural meaning of natural laws and the rediscovery of them in symmetrical geometric forms revealed another effect: a sense of inner well-being. In some way, sacred geometries evoke awareness and a sense of connection with the whole.<\/p>

Sacred geometry, therefore, is not only an aesthetic or mathematical mean, but becomes a\npath of introspection and spiritual growth, capable of giving a deeper meaning to reality.\nIn these days, neuroscience confirm that this happens and even promote the well-being and\nmental health for various reasons:<\/p>

Sacred geometric shapes, such as the \u201cflower of life\u201d or the \u201cgolden spiral,\u201d are characterized by symmetry and order. Regular patterns transmit a sense of symmetry and order that stimulate the brain, facilitating a state of calm and reduced anxiety. This sense of visual balance can help the mind to ground itself and stabilize, resulting in a feeling of calm and inner clarity.<\/p>

Focusing on regular and harmonious shapes helps to reduce the flow of chaotic thoughts, contributing to a stress reduction. This is a true and real meditative effect, due to the complexity and beauty of the shapes which inspire the mind, encouraging creative thinking and a new perspective on reality.<\/p>

Many see in these patterns the representation of the universe\u2019s order. Meditating on sacred\ngeometry reveals a sense of connection to a larger whole, fomenting a deep feeling of be-\nlonging and meaning. It is a matter of the true process of inner connection and to perceive a\nsense of unity with the universe.\u00a0<\/p>

These benefits are the reason why sacred geometric shapes are integrated into practices of\npersonal and spiritual growth. It is a subjective journey that, nonetheless, unites humankind.<\/p>

How does this process occur?<\/b><\/p>

The mechanisms that are activated involve both aesthetic perception and neurobiological\nprocesses.<\/p>

\u2013 Activation of the reward and pleasure areas, actualizing in the release of neurotransmitters\nthat improve mood and strengthen the sense of well-being<\/p>
